I didn't move to Brevard County — I grew up here. I've watched this community grow from the inside out, and after 40+ years on Florida's Space Coast, I know these neighborhoods not just as markets, but as places people build their lives.
Before real estate, I competed at the highest level. As a Florida State baseball player, I made the 1998 College World Series — an experience that hardwired in me a deep commitment to preparation, strategy, and performing when the stakes are highest. Those same principles drive how I work for my clients today.
After baseball, I coached youth sports in Brevard for years — building relationships with hundreds of families across this county, long before I was ever their REALTOR®. When I transitioned into real estate, I didn't have to earn trust from scratch. I already had it.
